DISCLAIMER

All payments done for services are final with refunds permitted under the following circumstances:

  • Inability to use Cubical products/service arising only out of improper manufacture and/or malfunctioning components of Cubical products.
  • Cancellation of the service visit at least a day prior to the quoted service time

During a refund, you might incur charges for transportation of goods/personnel. All refunds are at the sole discretion of Cubical Laboratories Private Limited, subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.

In case a refund is initiated, it will take 3-21 days for the money to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s policy.

REFUND

If your service visit falls under our terms, the amount is refunded to you. No questions asked.

DEFINITIONS

“We”, “Our”, and “Us” shall mean and refer to the creators of this privacy policy. “You”, “Your”, “Yourself” and “User” shall mean and refer to natural and legal individuals .who use the Website/Application. “Website”, shall mean and refer to www.cubical.in and “App” shall mean and refer to Cubical created by Cubical Laboratories Private Limited “Personal Information” shall mean and refer to any personally identifiable information that We may collect from You. For removal of any doubts, please refer to Clause 2. “Third Parties” refer to any Website/Application, website, company or individual apart from the User and the creator of the Website/Application.

TERMS OF SERVICES

1. Authorised party 

Services can only be performed by authorised Cubical Certified Engineers (CCEs). You have to verify the identity of authorised engineer.

2. Installation Authority

On the day of service, someone of at least 18 years must be present at all times of the services, to review, and, to approve all the work completed.

3. Home Access and Customer Information

Ensure all the customer information that You have provided is accurate. If not, Our service teams will not be able to reach You to confirm the correct installation address. Providing Your e-mail address will allow Us to send you service requests.

4. Suggested Changes

There may be some new changes on the day of service which is subjected to situation. You agree to have no problem with the new changes suggested.

5. Responsibility of Company

5.1 Property damage that results from negligence under no circumstances shall Cubical Laboratories or Our third party service provider be liable to You or any other third party service provider be liable to You or any other person for any damages, expenses, costs, lost savings or earnings or liability arising out of, or related to, the services provided by Us or Our third party service provider for the installation, un-installation, use of or inability to use any products. Any kind of damage which is not concerned with installation/ servicing work then Cubical Laboratories and its associated must not be held liable for the damage.

5.2 Cubical laboratories, its associated distributors, and CCEs are not responsible for third party items (like adapters, cameras, LED strips, LED adaptors, curtain motors etc.) and their warranties.

6. Responsibilities of the Customer

6.1 You have checked, reviewed, and, inspected the serviced product in the presence of CCE.

6.2 If any change in product configuration, wiring or else, is done in the absence of the CCE, then We are not to be held liable and the warranty stands void.

6.3 The replaced product, if any, has no extended warranty. The warranty will be accounted from the original date of purchase.

7. Paid Service Clauses

Product warranty gets void and services would be chargeable, if:

7.1 Login credentials of the connected Wi-Fi with Cubical Products is changed without prior information to Cubical Laboratories. can only be performed by authorised Cubical Certified Engineers. Customer has verified the identity of authorised engineer.

7.2 Location of Cubical Master/Repeater or router is changed thus disrupting and putting the Wi-Fi range out of scope and henceforth resulting in improper working of Cubical Master/Repeater.

7.3 Cubical products are operated outside the specified operating limits than specified in the User Manual.

7.4 Power cables/adapters other than the ones specified by Cubical Laboratories are used.

7.5 The wiring of Cubical product/appliance are changed/tampered without informing Cubical Laboratories

7.6 Cubical Switches are uninstalled, without informing Cubical Laboratories, that causes damage to the switches or any other device/appliance connected.

7.7 The problem arises due to the Cubical Master being unplugged or the wiring is tampered with.

Requests for service will be resolved via telephonic conversation; if no resolution is reached then visit for problems which fall under clause 7 will lead to chargeable service.
